Alpine Plywood was incorporated in January 1975. In the mid-seventies, Alpine had a minimal product line in the beginning, mainly supplying plywood to lumber yards. That market was quite competitive and our path to success was to stand apart from the competition by providing the best service the marketplace had ever known.

In 1975, Alpine Plywood became the distributor of Wilsonart® brand high-pressure laminate in Wisconsin. This development fueled our growth and provided entry into many new markets. We continued to assemble an expansive panel product line to meet and anticipate the needs of a growing industrial customer base.

Alpine Plywood remains family-owned and operated by John LaBarber, President, Laura LaBarber, Executive Vice President, and Ashley LaBarber, Vice President. We are a family company, and Alpine Plywood partners with great people who know the value of relationships, respect, and integrity. These core values have kept Alpine Plywood strong for 50 years and will keep us moving forward well into the future.
